The stock of corn and soybean in the hands of farmers is the lowest in 11 years in volume, and the lowest in 6 years in value. The trade chain, in the meantime, registers the lowest stock in volume in 4 years, but the second highest in value.

If we analyse the evolution of shipments of corn and beef, poultry and pork during the last 20 years in both countries, it becomes evident that Brazil currently exports 1 ton of meat for every 5 of corn, while Argentina ships 1 for every 40.
The terminals in Rosario export hub, with their annexed factories, have the capacity to store (in silos or fixed structures) 6.6 Mt of grain, 2.3 Mt of by-products and 994,000 tons of oil.
